Who does not know Prom Night?

This is the night whom teenagers love so much.

A romantic moment for lovers.

But what if something is messed up?

Something as bad as beauty mishaps?

Lets analyze this matter.

The most common mistakes that youngsters make for prom night.
1. Getting a new haircut

Imagine yourself coming into prom night with a new haircut which you think is great.

Alas! It ends up in being you as a laughing stock because of your bad hair day .. I mean .. bad haircut.

How to avoid: Plan beforehand.

Dont cut your hair a few days before the prom night.

In fact, it is recommended to do the haircut 2 months before.

This is to allow you and your hairdresser to have time to design your prom hairstyle, including repairing the hairstyle if it does not suit you.

2. Heavily hair sprayed style

Another bad hair day.

At first, the hairstyle is good for prom.

However, as soon as the time comes for you to go to prom night, the hairstyle has been different or you just dont feel comfortable with it anymore.

How to avoid:

Dont stay too long around hot temperature area.

For some, this might make the hair scalp to be oily.

Stay around cool temperature area.

Find an experienced hair stylist and request to handle this matter with care

3. Trying something new and tricky for the first time

Some people still think that more expensive cosmetic brands hold a higher quality.

This is simply wrong.

Picture this..

Purchasing expensive cosmetic brand like Clinique to use for the first time for your prom styles.

And it ends up in your skin getting allergic to it. Red dots all over.

How disastrous! How chaotic!

How to avoid: Expensive is not equal to awesome.

Stick to your usual brand and cosmetics.

If you want something new, you can get a new dress for the something new factor.

You can also come to your nearest beauty stylist that you trust to do the prom makeup for you.

4. Trying new makeup artist for the first time

This also includes hairstylist.

The reason for this is that the artist is not familiar with your facial.

And thus the unfamiliarity leads to them experimenting this and that to you, which is catastrophic.

How to avoid:

Stick to your good ol’ make up artist or hairstylist.

In addition, make a good relationship with them.

This leads to them understand what you want and what your skin or hair can handle.

5. Trying a tanning salon for the first time

Ever want to have the great tanned skin that appear in magazine?

Remember that photos can be manipulated with technology such as Photoshop.

Your skin might be great as tanned skin, but it might NOT.

It may also lead to sunburned skin. Ouch!

How to avoid:

Never try tanning salon for the first time for prom night.

Doing so means risking all your prepared cosmetics, and new dresses, and new shoes, and expectations of friends.
